1. Product quality control responsibility definition
- Purchase raw material: Jone Zhao/Mark Zhang
- Test raw material: Tony Li/Jone Zhao
- Arrange production: Manager Liu/Manager Li
- Check the quality of first finished product: Paul Zhang/Mark Zhang
- Spot check the quality of whole finished products: Manager Liu/Manager Li
- Check the quantity of products before entering warehouse: Hong Wang
- Double check the quantity of products after entering warehouse: Sunny Lu
- Arrange packing: Alex Wang/Jay Zhou
- Monitor loading in containers: Lee Fan/Albert Guo/James Liu/Henry Yang/Peter Zhu
2. Purchase raw material contronl
- Before arrange purchasing raw material confrim the quality grade with customers again.
- Calculate the quantity of raw material according to the contract usually more than 2%.
- Spok check three times the quality of raw material.
- Double check the quantity of raw material.
3. Production process control(Quality Department + Production Department)
- Quality department check the quality everyday and point out the problem in time.Urge the production department to correct the problem.
- Production department execute production according to the production scheet seriously and gurantee to finish production without delay
4. Product performance quality control
- Test the finished products quality(tensile strength, zinc thickness, powder adhesion,etc) in quality department laboratory.
- Measure the dimension,wire diameter,mesh size,diagonal by random.
- Take photos and videos for customers to check the quality and specification.
5. Products ex-factory control(Finished goods warehouse)
- Double number the quantity of each order
- Take note of ex-factory well
- Take note of storage well
- Take precautions against moisture and fire
6. Responsible for daily work inspection
- View circuit problems
- Check whether the machine is working properly
- Check whether the production progress is smooth
- Check wheather the workers are operating safely according to regulations
7. Rewards and punishments measures
- To have a meeting each week to discuss the problems in production and responsibility arrives person.
- Responsibility arrives person and execute award or punishment.
- To submit a report after correct the problems.
